Fourth Annual Art Festival

Contest Rules:

  1. Contest is open to PA skilled nursing, assisted living, personal care homes and adult day care homes.
  2. Each facility may enter as many residents as they wish but only one per person entry in each category is permitted. A single entry fee of $25.00 per facility is required for submission of all projects being entered; checks made payable to: PAPA, in memo line write ‘Arts Fest.’
  3. Include a 4x6 photo of each project along with your application. You may submit multiple photos if needed to display the entire project. Performances should be submitted on DVD no more than 5 minutes in length. Performance art may include individual or group submissions. All work should be from the current calendar year.   
  4. All photos and DVDs must be labeled with the resident’s name, facility name, and entry number.  Please label the back of each photo.  Photos and DVDs will not be returned.
  5. Entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2010.

Note: Inter-generational projects may be entered and will be assigned to an appropriate category. Please specify exactly how much work was done by those helping your residents so projects can be judged accordingly.
