Annual State Conference
Each year, PAPA offers a conference for activity professionals to learn about the new challenges and advancements in the field, to network with other activity professionals and discover new resources.

Would you like to be a vendor at the 2011 Conference?
The Pennsylvania Activity Professional Assoc. (PAPA) is hosting our 2011 STATE CONFERENCE on October 9, 10, 11, 12 at The PENN STATER Conference Center Hotel in State College, PA 16803. The nearly 600 Activity Directors Certified in Pennsylvania will be invited to this Conference along with Activity Assistants and Administrators.
Vendors will be located in our main meeting room where the Keynote speeches and meals will take place. You may set up on Sunday evening Oct. 9th if you wish. There will be a special vendor event on Monday evening when each vendor can give a short presentation to introduce themselves and a new or special product they wish to feature. There will be a prize drawing for conference participants provided by PAPA based on their visiting each and every vendor's display to obtain entry tickets. Each vendor should also provide at least one door prize worth approximately $25.00. Additional door prizes are also welcome. Following are ways that your organization/company can participate.
Vendor Space:
- $130.00 per Skirted Table or Display (table sized)/$175.00 for Two/ Add $35 for electric (Contact Tom If need more tables for cost) (includes Lunch on 2 days for one person-contact Tom to buy additional meals if needed).
- 1/4 Page Ad in Conference Booklet.
- Participation in the "Vendor Prize Drawing" to encourage participants to visit each vendor.
- 2011 Vendors will be listed on PAPA Website with a link to your website.

$50.00 handling to place your items in all Conference Participants Registration Bags
NOTE: Catalogs, brochures, samples, displays are to be shipped directly to the Conference Center as per instructions in your confirmation letter!

This day is geared for Activity Professionals involved in enhancing the quality of life of individuals.Participants will receive 5 hours of CE from the National Certification Council for Activity Professionals (pending). Participants will receive a certificate of participation for each session attended.
