Mission

The Pennsylvania Activity Professional Association is a diverse and specialized organization which strives to encourage and support its members through advocacy, education, and resources.

 

PAPA's Goals are to:

 

  • Promote quality or service with an emphasis on the geriatric population.
  • Increase public awareness and advocate for our profession and quality of life for the elderly on the state and national level.
  • Offer and promote educational opportunities for members to meet the ongoing challenges of activity services.
  • Foster the exchange of ideas, resources, knowledge and share experience throughout the organization.

    March 23, 30, and April 20, 2012 March on with Learning

    This day is geared for Activity Professionals involved in enhancing the quality of life of individuals.Participants will receive 5 hours of CE from the National Certification Council for Activity Professionals (pending). Participants will receive a certificate of participation for each session attended.
